Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Dress It Up Silver Dots and Steel Blue May Arts Sheer Ribbon for the Bow...End of the week for me...I have too many family plans and am going to enjoy my end of the week.

I wish you all a great rest of the week and thank you for your visit. Ya gotta check out Kristin's new image here
She is an ispiration and she has such talent when it comes to coloring any image. Also, you can see to the left of my blog the other DT members and their new images from ArtfulINKables.

Artful INKables Blog Hop

Hi All!! I am very excited today to show the first of my designs for the Artful INKables
New Releases. This one is called Post A Note and Kristin of Artful INKables has 4 brand new sets to reveal to all of you. You can find the new sets at Artful INKables
where she is showcasing all 4 of her fantastic designs. I absolutely love the new designs...but then I have been a fan of Kristin's for at least a year now...so you need to check out her other images too. I like them all so much that I have almost every one of them.

This was a 'fun' card to make...I used pink cardstock as my background and for the top the CB folder and MS punch for the bottom half. The ribbon is May Arts Satin Pink and May Arts Sheer Pink...both of these I bought from Flourishes The pearls came from MS also and I colored with my Copic Ciao Markers. I have another new release from Artful INKables to show you and will post again soon. Now, you need to 'hop' over to Dawn's so you can see what an amazing job she has done with the new images...and I think that she has some blog candy to share :)

I am so honored to be on this design team. All of the INK girls are just fabulous to work with and the support I have received from all of them has been amazing! Thanks Kristin for allowing me to be on this great DT.

Wishing everyone a day that is as happy as I am today!!

What I Won !!

Pat Adam from Rubbermaid was the one who started the Valentine Quest in Cards 4 Kids...She received over 5,000 Valentine cards for the Children's Hospital of Michigan. I WON the BLOG CANDY!!! I tried my best to put everything in the picture that I received, but there was too much and I could not fit it all in. THIS is the GREATEST Candy I have ever won!!! I mean can ya just take a look at the goodies here...and then I also received two 5 yard sheer ribbons and the Lace Heart Stamp set from Flourishes... I also received two other Mat Stacks of papers and a calendar. When I received this, I opened the box and it was like the 4th of July with sparklers and fireworks...I just kept taking more goodies from the box...I want to Thank Pat personally for Number 1...beginning such a wonderful quest. You must go to her blog so you can see some of the pictures she took of the hospital where the cards went. Number 2 for her generosity, not only to me, but can you just imagine how happy those children were when they received so many Valentines? You are truly a wonderful generous soul Pat...Thank you again and again!

Cards 4 Kids

I have had the pleasure of finding a very giving person who has the same stamping addiction as we all do. You can find her blog here Her name is Pat and she is Julie Koerber's mom (Out To Impress). She began by asking for donations of Valentine Cards for her project "Cards 4 Kids." These children are in a Children's Hospital in the Detroit area. What a wonderful project for all of us to get involved in...and so I did...and with every card I made, I had a smile on my face just thinking of the smiles on children's faces as they received a Valentine Card. For the next couple of days I will be posting some of the cards I made and sent to Pat. Pat is also involved in giving these children other holiday cards: Easter, Thinking of You, Halloween, Christmas, etc.

If you really want to make a difference...I suggest you try giving to these children...It is fun it just feels good to give.
Wishing you all a very special week. Thank you for your visit!

Artful Inkables Friendship Flowers

Sorry...I got so wrapped up talking about my DD that I did not even give a recipe for this card below. The Flower Image comes from Artful Inkables and it is called Friendship Flowers. The DP came from Michael's. I used the square nesties punched out in gold and added some pink vellum butterflies from MS. Colored with my Copics.

Once again...Artful Inkables is having a 50% off sale on some of their great stamps...I just ordered at least 4 sets....Ya gotta love a sale like that :)

Artful Inkables Friendship Flowers

This card was made with 'love' in the most happy way. I used Artful Inkables
Friendship flowers for the image. You should all go to this site to see what great stamps Kristin has. She has an 'eye' for the cutest images...

I made this card for my DD who recently had a birthday. It is to me a 'wonder' that I have been so blessed with such a wonderful daughter. She has been my light, my shining star, my ever grateful shoulder. I believe that I have been given a gift in her by the good Lord. Oh my, I could write a book about her...We are the best of friends, the best of buddies, the best of all I hold dear to my heart. She is MY 'rock!' I Love You Amy more than you can ever know :)
