Rubbernecker Baby Boy

I really hope that I have not posted this card before...I cannot remember if I did or not. At any rate...if I did, well I did...I just wanted to post something before this weekend, as I am going out of town for a while and hated to not post anything til I get back. This image is from Rubbernecker and I have used it sooo many times, I cannot even remember how many times. It is quite useful for baby showers. I used SU's Bashful Blue Cardstock and some DP from Hobby Lobby. The sheer ribbon is called Steel Blue from Flourishes. The pebbles are from Robin's Nest. I colored the baby bottle with my Copics and sry I do not remember the colors I used...I also used my Scor-Pal to make lines around the DP. The girl I made this for was super excited when she saw it and it was passed around the room, which has given me more cardmaking work than I really needed...Funny, sometimes I get a pressured feeling about making cards that people have requested...but then again, I soo enjoy this craft...that I end up smiling when I am finished with each and every project.

I have some Artful INKable projects coming, but I haven't had the time for photographing...My whole family has had some kind of respiratory flu bug for the last two weeks, and there just has not been time for my favorite hobby...Oh...and what about my job...well, I have taken a lot of time off (leave)....Thank you Lord I have that option.

Hope you enjoy this last post...and until I get back...Have a great end of the week !!

Velta, I would like to thank you for always visiting my blog and leaving the nicest comments! I always read all of them! Even if I would have only one comment that is still will be very important to me! If I can inspire or make somebody smile, it means a lot to me, it means that I am not just wasting my paper.
Now I want to tell how much I love your baby card! It is so cute and beautiful! I really love how you colored this baby bottle! Looking at your card I remembered a time when my son was small. I still remember that funny noises that kids make when they eat fom the bottle... I called my son Little Hedgehog because of this!
Thank you so much for brinning me these precious memories and thank you for always inspiring me!

I don't think I've seen this one before, Velta, but it sure is cute! I love these Rubbernecker baby stamps. The blue is so soft and pretty. I'm sorry about your family's illness. I think that bug is making the rounds of the country because lots here have been sick, too. Not my family yet, though. We don't seem to catch much of what's going around, even though I work in a medical lab, seeing hundreds of patients daily. Maybe I've developed lots of resistance over the years. Hope everyone is well there soon!
