This week Is just packed with stuff for me to do. Every single day has some kind of appointment that I must keep. Some of it health related, so if any of you want to send a prayer my way, it would be much appreciated. One of my appointments has to do with getting a NEW refrigerator...Yeah!!! The one I have is about 20 years old...and everytime you open the doors it creaks and moans, kinda like a really old scary movie. I am so excited to think that I will have an ice maker that will deliver crushed ice...My old fridge did have that option, but it died quite awhile ago. So I have been having to use ice trays for the longest time. I just love crushed ice.
Anyhoo...these photos are examples of the images from
Artful INKables Celestial Bodies. This first ATC was using Once Upon A Time DP. I used Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Ranger Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder. I put rhinestones in the eyes for effect. Then added the flower, sun charm and gold glitter dots.
This second card was the most fun to make...I used Momento Tuxedo Black to stamp the image. Then - Turquoise, Pink, Lavender, and Gold Embossing Powder using the heat embossing technique. I put rhinestones in the eyes. Then I used LuminArte' Metallica Mica Luster Pearl and Simple Solutions Medium Acrylic Medium, which I mixed 1 part LuminArte' and 2 parts Simple Solutions and painted the entire image to give a sparkly look. I just love this stuff...heck, I just love sparkly...the Petite Nestabilities round and scalloped...ribbobn from miscellaneous...and a few gem stones...Whalha!
