Birthday Card For A Friend

I really hate it when I am in such a rush that I cannot even take the time to really let you all know what is happening. But with working 6 days a week full time, that kinda takes the edge off of my time. I can tell you that my sis and I went walking at 4:30 this morning three times around the block. We always have fun when we are together. And, Yeah...Piper (my aussie) went with us and she of course had the best time. I hope this walking thing will help with staying healthy. That's the plan :)
This is what I call a "QUICK" card. My friend, Andrette, at work asked me to make a Birthday Card for her hubby. She said that his favorite color was blue. Thus the blue card. The base of the card is light blue, topped with dark blue and striped patterned paper. I used my Cuttlebug for the Happy Birthday background. The balloons were made with a punch and I highlighted them with my Copic Glitter Markers. That's it. Have a great day.
Thanks for stopping by !

Your masculine cards are just as unique as the cards you do for the fairer sex. I believe that men enjoy receiving cards as much as women. I really like the birthday balloons.

I am sure Piper enjoyed the walk.

Hi Velta: For a quick card it looks all right. I love your use
of darker tones for masculine cards. Your cards are lovely.
And thankyou for visiting my blogsite and leaving acomment.
It is nice to meet new faces along the blogging way. I hope you will
return again.

What a fun card-I like how the balloons look like they are floating up with the lower half of the card!
