Enchanted Fairies

Happy Saturday! It is a happy day for me, because I am not working...Yeah! Instead, I am going shopping for a new rug and a picture for my foyer. I have been remodeling my house for the last 4 years and I will be completely done once I finish the foyer. I have to tell you, my house is perfect (for me) in every way. I posted my patio earlier and I will have to take pictures of the other rooms so you can see it. My home is my little piece of heaven and I love just walking from room to room and sighing "Thank you Lord!"

Okay...on to the card. I have used one of the Enchanted Fairy stamps from Artful Inkables Is this not the cutest little fairy? I used SU's Handsome Hunter for the base of the card and some swirly paper I got from Michaels. I used my SU ticket punch for the corners. Some rhinestones for the corners of the sentiment. Some sparkly ribbon, a butterfly charm, and some pebbles. I colored this little fairy with Copic Ciao markers and stickles for the hat. Then cut him out with my Petite Circles Nestabilities. The Sentiment "Wishing You a Birthday Filled with Enchantment" also came from Artful Inkables!

I will be posting more cards from Artful Inkables. I just love Kristin's stamps. They are all just too precious!

Have a wonderful weekend peeps...I know I will!

When I was little, I thought lightning bugs were fairies. When I lived in KY, my daughter and I were driving on a country road right around dusk and a field was lit up with lightning bugs (She was probably 6 or 7). I told her they were fairies dancing on the mist. To this day she remembers that night when we parked on the side of the road and watched the fairies dance.

Love these cute little stamps. You did such a lovely job putting this card together. Very enchanting!

This looks wonderful Velta! Your image is so cute, I just love fairy images! Thanks so much for your sweet comments, I work very hard to always improve on my coloring, and it makes me very appreciative when others enjoy the work I put in. Your coloring is definitely coming along great. I find it to be a real learning process in which we always improve with practice :)
